Watch face is black

My watch face is black, I can see that the back light is Turning on and it still vibrates for notifications and alarms. There are no cracks in the screen, it was working last night when I went to bed, the battery was around 60% I tried to sync to my phone and I tried holding the button down to restart, still nothing. Help!

Same here for my versa after I updated the screen had been slow and acting weird. Then has been black for a few days now.

Just to see if we have the same problem, try to shine a light over your screen on your Versa and see if the screen turns on. If it does then it isn't just affecting the Vera Lite its affecting the Versa 2.

I can tell that the back light is coming on when I tap the screen or push the side button, the screen stays black though. It’s just a slightly brighter black than if the watch was asleep no numbers, I can’t swipe thru my screens, but my alarms are still going off...
