Just did a factory reset on Fitbit versa 3 and the watch face apps still won't register my stats. Please help!

Hi @Limescooter13 - why did you do a factory reset and have you setup the watch again, as it will now be in the same state as you when got it?

I did a factory reset because nothing else worked and a similar question on this forum suggested to do so.
Yes, the watch was reset.

@Limescooter13 - thanks, but what was the problem you were having to start with?

The same thing.

@Limescooter13 - what was the initial issue?

For some issues a factory reset might not resolve it and can make matters worse

So it's important to know what the problem was to start with.

It's in my question.

@Limescooter13 - it is unclear what's stats were not working and where and when and why, what lead to this situation or what other symptoms there are, what the watch is now displaying or not.

You can always try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.

Thank you for your suggestions, I just figured it out. Settings within an app were not turned on, so my watch face was not working correctly.

It's fixed now.

Thanks again for attempting to help.
