Using Versa for last 4 months and after the very recent firmware update my device got off and its not getting on after an hour of charging...

looking for a solution

Hi @Sreerajp  Try restarting it several times and see if that fixes it. If it doesnt then contact Support

Even the left button on is not working now,,,,when I got switched off it cant be on through left button
