Hi @SunsetRunner  - it's presumably asking you for the pin code that was setup in the Fitbit App. All you have to do is enter the Pin.

I expect it is locked from entering wrong fitbit pay code several times.

The only way to remove the pin is to do a factory reset. 

Alternatively set the pin for fitbit pay only.
