Versa 3 issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Having just bought the Versa 3 only a week ago. I'm just curious as to why I've been so stupid? I had early models of fitbit, the last one being the Blaze. After that I swore I would never buy one again.

Against my better judgement I went with this rather than the Garmin vivoactive 4s!

Talk me out of returning the Versa. If you can be bothered!

How can we talk you out of it when you don't even  say what your problems are.

You are more likely to get help here if you just state your issues instead of generalities like how stupid you were to buy it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

I know I was a bit vague sorry, just a bit frustrated. And I won't take the tone of your reply personally.

I had no idea, my fault entirely, that I would need a premium subscription with Spotify or Deezer. I've signed up for a 3 month trial with Deezer and can't get it to work. Have been in touch with Twitter support, who although very efficient,  have now told me that it is a known issue and will hopefully fixed in the next update. With no timeframe.

I've not mastered using the side button yet, swiping away certain menus, nothing happens and I can't return to the previous menu. And can't get the bluetooth controls to connect to my headphones. I went on a short hike, selected that activity, and for some reason only recorded 1 second.

Some of the issues so far.

But I love the clarity of the screen and the watch fits very nice on my wrist.

Hi @Ptt_23 - you don't need premium Spotify because you can't load Spotify music onto the watch.

You can simply use Music controls to play or control any music that is on the phone and adjust the volume.

A double button press with bring it up Music controls normally, the good thing is you don't have to stop the clock face or app to use it.

To operate the button the knack is to squeeze between first finger and thumb.

Best to get used to doing this to turn the screen on and off, from then on it's easy.

Thank you. Can't get bluetooth headphones to work with watch unfortunately.

I'm going to reset everything and start again. Watch, Fitbit app, Deezer etc.

Thanks.
