I can't find the watch icon on the fitbit windows app to transfer music on my versa 2. Please help me out.

@Subhu Welcome to the Fitbit Community. Sorry for the delayed response.

 

I regret to hear that you are having difficulties to find the icon of your Fitbit Versa 2 from the Fitbit Windows app.

 

It should be located at the top right side corner of the main section. If you are still unable to locate it, you can set up your Versa 2 as a new watch from a mobile device by doing the following:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1577217814945.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

You can find instructions to listen to music and download podcasts on your Fitbit watch on this article.
