Hello! I just purchased the Versa I created an account and paired the device to my phone (pixel 3xl) the app is tracking everything buty watch is just doing the generic "to start download Fitbit app" I have reset the watch, deleted the Versa from the app nothing is working.

Yes. It synced with app. Just can't get the Fitbit to get off that screen.

I might of got it. I was just looking around the app and I got a notification that the watch needed to update. So now I'm doing that. I'll keep you updated.
