My Fitbit has the wrong time It about Five minutes slow

Hi @Carolredsox the time corrects itself when you sync to your app (or it should do). So my guess is either the Versa is not syncing, in which case try the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.
Or it is a glitch and a few restarts as @SunsetRunner suggests followed by syncing to the app should sort it out. Restart your tracker

Hi, are you using a Third Party Clock Face perhaps? If yes, change it to a clock face developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. If you do not use a Third Party CF, try restarting your Versa several times in a row to solve this problem. Regards kuzibri
