I have charged it appropriately and nothing happens. I noticed my charger is rattling like something is loose in it. Could this be the problem?

My versa watch did that after an update. I called support they had me hold down the left button and bottom right button at the same time for 15 seconds. Display came back on for me, good luck!!!
