Hello.
Today I went swimming with my Fitbit Versa on. Nothing new as I’ve gone swimming with my watch many times before. However I noticed after my swim that my watch wasn’t working. Tried to restart it. Nothing. Tried charging it. Nothing. Took it off the charger and now I’ve noticed water droplets inside it’s sensors.
What should I do?

I am having the same issue. I've held the buttons down for almost 5 minutes and nothing has happened

I would contact customer support. They can check on your warranty status and advise on your options. You can contact them via contact.fitbit.com

it happened to me as well and i had to have the entire watch replaced, when i went swimming after that i took the watch off, that's why i asked if versa 2 will be swim proof
