Water damage?

I went to the pool today and my watch died, seemed normal cause the battery was low earlier in the day. But then it died again a few hours ago and it won't charge or turn on! I got it in October so it's just outside the warranty....is this at all fixable or do I need to get a different brand fitness tracker? I rarely swim, mostly use my watch for timekeeping and tracking steps.

@Angie1088 This obviously should not be happening. Is there a condensation accumulating in the back, especially near the sensor? I would encourage you to reach out to Customer Support nevertheless as warranty or not, Vera should be swimproof.

Yes there was yesterday, then it dried out and it seemed fine for a few hours but then it's still not working now.
