Water logging from versa

Have not been able to log water on versa for a while now.  Have had latest updates to app and device. Get the same error message every time when trying to log on versa..."Maximum logs entered please sync with app to continue logging "   have synced multiple times and it hasn't worked for months.

Hi there @Amy187, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. I'll be glad to help you with your inquiry. 

Tell me, are you getting this error message in the Versa or in the Fitbit app? Would it be possible for you to reply to us with a picture of the error message? This will be very helpful for us to check this further. 

In the meantime, please go to the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Versa > Apps and make sure the "Today" app has been updated. If you haven't, please update it and let us know if you're still getting the same error message. 

In the meantime, I'd recommend the following:

  1. Restart your watch by following the instructions in How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Restart the app and your phone. 
  3. Log out from the Fitbit app and log back in. 
  4. Manually sync your device: How do I manually sync my tracker or watch?

Let me know how it goes.
