When I input oz of water into my Versa 2 it will display the immediate message saying blank oz added at blank time but when I look after that clears my oz count is still 0. This started after the new update. Anyone else experience this with the Versa 2? If I manually input in my phone it syncs over to the versa 2. Just not counting them on the versa 2 alone.

I have the exact same problem. It started behaving that way as soon as I updated the firmware a couple days ago. It is annoying, because i really liked the convenience of adding my water directly on the Versa 2.

I liked it a lot too. I chatted with customer service and they gave me the whole reset, reconnect it speech. But no fix. A case has been opened on it so hopefully it is fixed soon. I was just curious if I was the only one.

yes I am experiencing same problem of not able to log on water directly on watch. Originally it worked but now only when synced by app. How do I correct it? Help

My issue is similar. If I log water on my Versa 2 (example: 24 ounces) it shows a message saying I logged 24 oz. I then sync with the app and it will show that I have logged 0.8oz in the app. When I check my versa 2 it also shows 0.8oz. However, if I log 24oz in the app it syncs and displays correctly on the versa 2.

Yep, this is basically happening to me. Showing as 1oz, despite logging 30 oz via the watch. Posted here a couple hours ago, but no word yet.

My versa 2 does exact same thing. I'm trying to log 25 oz and it shows ot logs but then it only records .4 oz logged lol keep me posted if this gets sorted out plz!

I just received the Versa 2 on January 18th and I'm having the same issue. I am assuming this has not been resolved yet since my set up was just done with the most up to date version?
