I bought my fitbit versa 2 months ago, it was working normally, but today for the first time I went swimming with him, after a few meters in the pool I decided to look at the screen and the clock was dark, nothing worked.  I thought it was a battery

Hi @GraceCampolina , do you see on the back of the watch condensatio? Although it is stated that the Versa is water resistant, not waterproof, swimming with it can lead to these kind of problems. Since you bought your Versa only 2 months ago, I advice you strongly to call Customer Support asap about this water damage issue. regards kuzibri
