Weather Faces won't sync-Versa 2

I have a Versa 2 and have been using 2 paid weather faces from Wim Van Aerschot for ages. They worked flawlessly and now show a black screen with “weather data is outdated” message. I’ve tried syncing, turning Bluetooth on and off, rebooting the watch and phone (iphone). Location services is on and app runs in the background. I reached out to the developer and he's stumped.  Other faces work fine, including weather. Help!

A factory reset on the watch and reinstalling everything did the trick. Annoying and time consuming, but both paid weather apps are now working.

Thanks for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

 

If you haven't done it already, try uninstalling and reinstalling the 2 paid weather faces. For instructions, please visit this article and open the menu "How do I remove apps from my Fitbit watch?".

 

Whether you continue experiencing the same situation, since the Fitbit Weather app is working fine on your watch, it will be necessary to go back to the third-party app developer for further assistance.
