Weather app help, please!!

I just got my Versa yesterday and when I click on the weather app on the Versa it says "No location information. Go to the Fitbit mobile app to set up weather"... where the heck do I find this in the mobile app?? I don't see it anywhere! The only thing I see is the "location" in setting and it won't let me choose a specific location; only "USA". UGH!!!!! Someone please help!

The Mobile app is the FitBit app. You should be able to download it on Apple, Android devices and more.  So when you go into the app for the Versa tap on the Versa icon in the up right corner. Then go to apps,  Once you do that you should be able to see all the apps you have on your Versa. Scroll through it until you see the weather app. Tap on the settings for the weather app. And then it will let you select your location.

Thanks! I see my problem... I wasn't clicking the Versa icon in the left corner of my Mobile app.

So I did that and my app screen comes up completely blank - yet it appears weather, pandora, strava, etc. are on the Versa itself.  So weird.

My app doesn't have an option for settings on the weather app. I really want this app to work 😞
