Weather app not syncing / Unable to connect Bluetooth headphones.

Up until the latest Fitbit update which I did on or about February 8 I was able to use the weather app and I was able to connect my Bluetooth headphones while working out. However since then, neither of these Versa abilities have worked at all. I have tried all the suggested solutions. I have had the weather app open and synched nothing happened. Also my headphones no longer seem to be able to be found. Both of these stopped working after this last update. Please advise as I used the weather app and listened to music while working out through my Versa. The weather app now says Sync the Fitbit mobile app to update. I have tried this over the past few days about 20 times. Please help!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Thanks for letting us know you've already tried to troubleshoot this issue on your side. At this moment, I would like to suggest you to restart your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen if you haven't done it already. 

 

When it comes to your headphones, restart them according to the manufacturer and try to set them up to your Versa. Make sure to turn off your phone's Bluetooth during this process, because if your headphones have been paired to your phone, they will connect to it instead of connecting to the watch. 

 

Now, about the Weather app, please force-quit the Fitbit app, then open it again and sync your Versa one more time, let us know if this helps.
