Weather app not working

Hello.  I'm setting up a Versa with my Samsung S4.  I'm stuck on setting up the Weather app.  The solution on the other posts did not work.  I have bluetooth enabled, location enabled, and the permissions on the weather app indicate Internet, Location, Run in Background are all turned on.  Yet when I go to my Versa weather app, it tells me to set it up on my mobile app.  The mobile app doesn't recognize my current location.  When I click on add city and start typing, the app freezes after the first character and then crashes.  Any thoughts on how to resolve this?

A warm welcome to the Community @parmarp! I am sorry for the late response.

Thanks for the detailed explanation and your efforts to set up the Weather app. I recommend checking if your Fitbit app is up to date here and restarting your device by following steps from this help article

After that please confirm if you've tried complete troubleshoots and steps to set up the Weather app.

Let me know how it goes.

Thanks.  I tried all the steps.  The Current Location on the weather settings still shows "Current Location" instead of my actual location.  And still trying to manually add one crashes the app.   Very disappointing indeed!
