I am having a hard time with getting locations to save on my weather app for my Versa. I set a city (in addition to current location being turned on but not working either) and then sync and the location is gone! I have called Fitbit 4 different times and even spoke to a Supervisor but all I am told is it is a known issue!! I had a blaze first which stopped reading my heart rate 3 months after purchase but I chalked that up to it being an almost obsolete model. I bought the Versa in March and had to get a replacement 12/5/19. The weather app DID work but now will not show current location or cities I have added! I have restarted, synced 1000 times and even removed and reinstalled the app and the device to no avail. My location settings are on always through my phone but the locations I add will NOT Save!! I searched the forums and tried all suggestions but nothing is working! As far as the “known issue” I cannot find even one other person in my area or otherwise that is having this issue! Please please please help!!!

Hi @LisaKara , thank you for your reply and further information. Our Team was informed, and they are working on a solution. They haven't provided any time frame yet, how long it will take.
If I receive more information about this, I'll be more than glad to let you know.
