I can’t get the weather to show on my face screen. The weather app works, just not showing on the face.
I’ve tried:
turning Bluetooth on/off
restarting devices
putting device in charger
deleting and re installing face
updating app software
trying different faces
Nothing is working. The face I currently have is Real Weather by reno

Hi, the problem of the weather on your Clock Face is the result of the fact that the Real Weather Face uses a different API for the weather than Fitbit. Real weather is using Dark Sky as the weather API, while Fitbit uses Accuweather API. If you would like to have the weather correctly on your Versa, find a weather Clock Face that uses Accuweather.

@Erin484 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not showing the weather when using Real Weather by Reno. Thank you for the troubleshooting steps you tried before contacting our forums.
I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if the weather showed after trying a clock face that uses Accuweather as advised my friend @SunsetRunner.
If you found his post helpful, please accept it as a solution so other users with the same issue can find it easier.
Looking forward to your response!
