My versa screen is blank , and will not track anything , please help.

Hi, what happens if you put your Versa in the charger? Is the display waking up?
There are three things you can do to try and solve this problem.
1. Restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve the problem:
2. Factory Reset your Versa. Click the link and you will find all the info that;'s needed on how to perform a FR and also how to set it up all over again as the Versa acts after a FR as being brand new. If that also does not solve the problem:
3. Contact Customer Support cause there is really something wrong hardware wise.
