Versa stopped responding

My versa is now only showing dashes on all of stats like calories burned, steps and heart rate.

The clock is still working and the date. also I can still swipe to different screens.

I have tried restarting it and re sync it.

Hi, if you're using a third party clock face, installe one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. Some third party clock faces either get outdated or are removed from the gallery.
