Hi, I have been having the same problem with it. Sometimes my Versa will sync, but most of the time it doesn't. My internet works, and I haven't had any other problems with my Versa. I have tried to reset my Fitbit and that didn't work. Anything I could try. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 and a Fitbit Versa.

I had no sync issues, until my Moto Z Play edition got a fitbit app update last night. now it won't sync at all. I did all the troubleshooting steps. Cleared cache, restarted phone, restarted the fitbit, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I can sync with my (work) iphone, so I think it is the app that was released this week causing sync issues.

Hi, if you think that the new Fitbit app is the cause of your problem, go back to an older version of the Fitbit app. You can find this on the web, just Google it.
