How do i change the weather unit from Fahrenheit to celcius?

In the standard weather app it chooses to use centrigrade when your profile settings use a metric unit for distance (kilometers) and it chooses to use fahrenheit when an imperial unit (miles) is used.

 

A feature suggestion was created to allow us to choose the temperature unit independently from the distance setting in our profile:

As you can see the latest update from fitbit on 17 July is that this change is coming soon.
