Weekly emails / reports not being received

 I have not received my weekly reports for quite some time now, my wife still gets hers showing my figures compared to hers but i still do not get it.

It is turned on in my settings.

**EDIT**

I have just checked my emails and the last one i received was 7th July 2018. Prior to that date i would get them each and every 7 days without fail.

@Speedbird  Check that your email settings for Fitbit emails is turned on.  Go to the Fitbit mobile app and the Account icon in the corner.  Under the Account settings go to Notifications.  Scroll down and check that you have all the Email options toggled to ON including the 7 Day Summary that you are looking for.

@Speedbird Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting weekly reports. How often do you sync your Versa? Check your spam and junk folders. Finally try disabling the reports and save then enable it again and save.

Hi my Versa is syncing all day every day. And I’ve turned off and saved the option then re turned it on. I spoke with support who sent me a couple of emails neither which got to me whilst on the phone. I checked my email servers at my isp and they are not in junk or spam. I have no issues getting emails from everyone else only it seems from Fitbit. I’m waiting for a phone call back but has not happened yet.
