I am also experiencing the same problem when entering weight via the watch. However in the case of weight the number comes in to my app much higher than what I entered in the watch.

Mine does the same, when entering weight from my Versa 2 after it syncs to the app on my phone its adding around 200 pounds.

Ionic Water is a fitbit app that syncs water logs from watch to phone app really well. Also Log Weight for the weight sync works great as well. These apps will hold me over until the fix comes up. Hope it helps you out.
