You don't have to subscribe to anything to get sleep stats and heart rate.

Hi @Soniak61 , I flagged your post to the Moderators cause paying/sunscribing for something that shoud be free is ridiculous. One of them will contact you soon via this topic, so keep a close eye on it. Regards kuzibri

Hi @Soniak61, welcome to the Community Forums!
I appreciate all the information that was shared in your post, I understand your point and how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please send me a screenshot showing that in order to see your heart rate and sleep information you need to pay $15? Hi cbwilsa Unfortunately that is what my device is telling me. It is not a free option anymore.

As Ricardo suggested, please show us a screenshot that tells you that. It is definitely NOT true.

Sorry! I deleted my app and my Fitbit from my phone and reinstalled it again and it now works properly again. I did, however lose all my previous stats, which is a shame, but the heart rate and sleep options are still working for free as they should be.
My apologies for thinking they were taken away. I have no idea why this happened.
