Weight training tracking: Should I pause the timer between sets?

Am I meant to be pausing the timer between sets when tracking my weight training via the Fitbit Versa? Can't seem to find the answer anywhere. It seems that if I don't pause it, the Versa will give me a ridiculous amount of calories burnt, when for a normal chest session at 45 minutes is usually around 300 calories, the versa will say around 700?

Hi @TurnInToGoku,

The tracking is meant to be left on, to catch heart rate recovery during rest between sets.

I agree 700 calories for 45 minutes of training sounds way off. What is it reporting your average heart rate during that exercise?
