Wellness Report

I have a Versa 2 and have attempted now several times for several months to receive the wellness report through premium. It does not download, I cannot share it or receive it via email. Any suggestions?

It's not clear how far you actually got.  I will assume you found where to request it and did so, then got Notification report is ready.  At that point, I get button at bottom to "Download PDF".  I prefer to click "Share" below that, then get several share options.  I choose email and send the report to myself to save and open it on my PC with bigger screen, or to print.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Yes, I pushed download, it says it was ready and nothing was available.
Then I tried pushing "share" and it never produces the report. It never
gets to the point where I can select email.
