My Fitbit versa won’t turn on at all. I have tried the restart method as well as holding down all 3 buttons for a while. The lights on the back won’t flash or anything. I charged it up to 100% yesterday and used it for about 15 minutes and took it off. When I came back to put it back on after about 30 minutes it was completely unresponsive. I’m not sure what else to try.

My FitBit was working fine and holding a charge until Saturday. I had charged it before I left to go on a hike Saturday morning. When I put it on it had a full charge. Within 4 hours, once I had finished my hike, the charge on the FitBit was down to 14%. At that point I took it off and turned it off until I was able to get home and charged it. When I got home and put it on the charger it said that it was at 0% but did not show the charging battery. I have tried resetting it, plugging it in different places, cleaning it like in other posts, and even borrowed another charger and there is no life. I did not put it in water for that to have been the problem. This same thing happened about a year ago after swimming (obviously the water resistant part wasn't true for that one). Could you please help?
Thank you!

I’ve just bought a Versa 2 and had it on charge for nearly an hour to be able to set it up and nothing is happening, I’ve tried all the steps and there’s also no light showing on Fitbit or charger?

Hello,
My Versa 2 screen started to not respond correctly yesterday. I tried to reboot it and to factory reset it with no success.
When I tried to charge it, to watch was telling me that it was charging. After a couple of hours, the battery percentage wasn't going up.
Finally, to watch has no more battery and I can't do anything with it now.
My Versa 2 is almost new, the cable looks OK, the pins are not bent and I cleaned the connector.
Can somebody help me, or should I contact support ?
Thanks in advance.

Hi @Brooke489. Welcome on board. It's great to have you here.
Thanks for letting me know that your Versa is also not responding. Since your post didn't mention, may I know if you see a green light on the back of your watch? Also, do you feel a vibration when pressing the left button? If your answer is no, I'd recommend to give a try to the troubleshooting steps described in this help article.
Let me know how it goes.

Mine also started running quite slow today getting alarms up and battery drained like crazy as I went to check time and it was flat. 70% 7 hours ago
seems like cpu was running maxed out all day and flattened it

None of the steps that the support team told me to do worked. My Cerda is still completely unresponsive.

Hi @Graeme43, welcome on board. @hollywoodcarp, I'm glad to see you here again.
@Graeme43, thanks for joining this thread and sharing details about your Versa behavior. Just to confirm, by slow do you mean that it doesn't respond when pressing the button or tapping on the screen? If that's the case, please try restarting your watch as described in this help article. Additionally, let me share that the the battery on your watch will depend on how frequent you're using its features. For that reason I'd recommend to check our tips to maximize the battery life.
@hollywoodcarp, thanks for letting me know that your Versa is still unresponsive even after the troubleshooting steps. I've gone ahead and updated your details to our Support team so they can reopen your case and continue helping you via email. Due to recent events affecting our operations there might be a delay in their reply, but they'll get in touch with you soon.
Keep me posted.

Hi there. My Versa 2 also won't charge. None of the restart tips have worked this time (this is the 2nd time this has happened. 1st time the 3 button trick worked immediately). I bought an off branded charger off Amazon, still nothing. No vibration putting into the charger either.
Any further advice or options please?
Cheers

I've had two versa's now do this. Mine and my wife's, within a week of the other. Randomly stops holding charge and now the screen is completely black, yet alarms still go off and the watch appears to be otherwise "functional". Unfortunately, mine is already a replacement so Fitbit likely won't do anything...

Mine wouldn’t show anything this morning. I held the side button down for about 12 second and I rebooted. Works fine now🤷🏻:female_sign: Hopefully that helps you

I have gotten a problem with my fitbit. it quit responding and also to the only thing that will actually come up after I reset it no matter how many times, is the logo. The green lights on the back wont flash and kept on the charger for 3 days. It doesn't want to do anything I can turn that off but it still doesn't do anything when I turn them back
