Versa is full charged one minute it was working the enxt i noticed i wasnt grtting my xall or text notifications and the screen says null. Have no idea what to do. Only 7 months old. Help please

Try this.

Hold the back button and the bottom right button simultaneously until the screen flashes. This will soft reset the watch. Check what happens.
