I got my Versa in August or September and it was working fine until yesterday. I charged it using a wall adapter before work & it was in the 90s if not 100%. Around 3ish I noticed the percentage was in the 40s and an hour later it was dead. I charged it last night to 100%, wore it to sleep to test the battery, & woke up to 36% battery. I haven’t done anything different or added anything since the day I bought it and set it up. This is very frustrating - please find a permanent reasonable fix for this.

Try restarting the Versa several times and hopefullybthat will fix it.

Mine just started this in the last 24 hrs. I have reset it. Turned off myfitness pal, shut it down. Nothing is working. I am ready to go to garmin. My versa is less then 6 months old
