I have had nothing but Fitbit trackers since they first came out. and the Versa is the only tracker I have had that has had any issues. First my heart rate sensor failed and now the battery won’t hold a charge. This all started after I reset and updated. Any suggestions?
My family purchased this for me December 2018 for a Christmas gift.

I would contact support as it appears that you are still under warranty.
