Ever since the upgrade to iOS13, I have not received notifications on my Fitbit Versa for WhatsApp. This is insanely frustrating as it's one of the main reasons I bought the watch only a year ago. Now the watch only functions as a watch... which I could have bought for a lot cheaper than the Versa. I have tried all the recommended steps but to no avail.

This known bug does seem to be taking a long while to fix. Keep an eye on the main thread for the issue where fitbit have been posting updates along with things to try. When there's any news that's where we'll hear it first:
