I can’t seem to get WhatsApp notifications on my Versa 2 (iOS) is there something I need to do?

Hi, first of all: are you using iOS13? If yes, read this article regarding receiving notifications after updating to iOS13.  If you are using iOS12, this is what can try to do: go to notifications - app noticfications - press that and scroll all the way down untill you find Whatsapp and enable it. Restart your phone and Versa and see if it works. Regards kuzibri

Thanks, but I’ve never received WhatsApp notifications on my Versa 2. Either before or after upgrading to iOS 13. I get calendar, phone and normal iMessage, but not WhatsApp. It’s really annoying as WhatsApp is the main messaging app I use
