Data not cleared

I have a red circle with an x in it. Below it says Data not cleared sync and try again. Tried that. Still there.

Hi @Oldviolin, welcome to the community.

 

I assume you have performed a factory reset? 

 

Have you tried going into the Fitbit app on your phone and removing your Versa from there, also go into the settings app on your phone and Bluetooth settings and unpair it from there. Now go back into the Fitbit app and try the set up procedure again.

Thank you so much for your help. I did everything you said. It's all
working. I just can't get my phone to sync with the Fitbit now.

I would recommend restarting your Versa by following the steps here and also restarting your phone.
