When will Fitbit connect be updated?

When will Fitbit connect be updated. Cannot connect to my watch to download music.

Hello @Katsrkool is your Versa 2 connected to your Fitbit app?

Is your Versa and the computer connected to the same network?

You can setup the wifi through the phone app. Then you will want to turn your phones bluetooth off to disconnect the Versa 2 from your phone.

If the Versa 2 is currently talking to the phone, the computer will not be able to interrupt.

Thanks Rich. I have a ticket number with Fitbit. We spent an hour on the phone checking connections, restarted etc, she finally check with someone and said they were having issues. I was using it just fine, then went back to add more songs and it wouldn’t connect to my Versa. It’s been a couple days, hoping they would respond.
