Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When is the O2 measurement finally activated ??

fitbit advertized with that comming. I bought the versa expecting this ... silence till now and latest update does not add also !

I think its horrible customer service to advertise and not deliver at all !

Hi, you're right, it's still not activated whilst present in the Versa. I would suggest to place your post in this board . On the right side you will see "make a new suggestion" and post your question there.

Well i suggest fitbit takes complaits seriousely.

it makes no sence to post something on a “suggested feature board” when fitbit advertised with the “feature” in the first place !

My experience with this board is that they take your suggestions very seriously. They only are dependable on votes of users who also want this feature to be enabled.

agree with DGH74

Fitbit harp on this feature in all the marketing materials but don't deliver. it's not our job to make feature suggestion when this is a feature already promised.

@SunsetRunner Sleep labs are in beta testing, so SO2's gonna roll out sooner rather than later. Two will come together.

Yes ... that has been told several times in several subjects.

Still i have this product 6 months now. I bought it because had an O2 sensor that would be activated “soon”.

That sensor is an advantage in comparrison to cheaper watches. My choise was based on something that i ecpected to take aome weeks.

its six months now ... the sensor still shows up on the spec page ... still advertised and STILL in beta !!??

i think its rediculous not even a timeframe is given and this is used to make money and sell watches !

As a paying customer i have the right to know when one of my features will actually be active ... or at least i should receive some decent information on it from the manufacturer.

with decent info i do not mean “soon” or “future” or “perhaps” or “probably” or “POST AT REQUESTED FEATURE” page  ( that realy is the world upside down )

@SunsetRunner Personally I like nice, rounded, tested features to something half-baked. My best gut feeling, first q1 of 2019. But don't quote me on this. You can also enroll in sleep score. It's available to anyone in US, Australia and UK. Just change the country to one of those in your Account Settings on Fitbit.com.

You can't anymore, beta programme is full.

@Tomtomato For all countries? Not much can be done about that, then.
