I would like to know when Fitbit plans on updating and fixing their OS firmware. As in a date. I don't want answers from moderators who think they know what's going on. I want an honest answer from tech support. There are way to many bugs in this OS. I keep seeing that Fitbit says that all issues are resolved and I would like to call shenanigans on Fitbit.

You must not have ever used a product from apple. I cant even count the endless firmware updates on my apple devices to fix glitches.

At least you got updates, lol. I don't even know if an update is being worked on. Hell, my windows phone OS is DEAD and IT still gets updates. I don't know any company that keeps its customers in the dark as much as Fitbit does......just getting frustrated I guess.

Well, i kinda agree here. It’s quite a hassle to be on support to discuss the issue where i bought my watches, send them back, make costs for that, going to the post office during work hours. If there was an official statement saying that there is a batch with problem x or problem y, in a lot of cases, basic stuff, in my case 2 versas with a heart rate of 30bpm off (yes, i tried all the resesetting stuff) i will wait for that to be fixed instead off all the hassle to try again with another one. Those watches are useless now as all the metric are calculated wrong. And here in europe we pay even more, something like 250 dollar. So yeah some forecast on fixing these things would be highly appreciated.
