Hi,
May I ask how to get my digital credit card details (card number, expiry date and 3-digit number) for my FitBit pay please?
I initially made a payment via my FitBit Pay. However, it was overpaid and now the company was trying to refund it back to me. They required my credit card details which I can't find it out on my FitBit app.
Would you please guide me to find it out?
Thanks.

Hi there @kinki, welcome to the Community Forums.
I totally agree with @Odyssey13's information, as Fitbit Pay uses an industry-standard tokenization platform to ensure your card information is never revealed or shared with merchants or with Fitbit. Fitbit Pay also requires you to use a personal 4-digit PIN code for an added layer of protection. In this case, contact your bank for more information.

@kinki you've posted to the Fitbit community, where members use the Fitbit device, but you'd want Fitbit customer support. I'm not sure you can expect customer support to give you that information, as they would have no way to verify that you are the actual card holder. When I pay for services online, they only keep the last four digits of my card, which is standard procedure to protect the consumer. Surely your bank can give you the details of your card. I'll ask a moderator to stop by to assist you with this.
