Got the Versa 2 yesterday, installed everything. But the big question is: where's Alexa?? Can't find anything about Alexa on the device or app. Yes, I did read this article https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2009
Please help. This is an important reason why I bought this device.

Have you confirmed that your country is on the list of supported countries (here)? The list of countries are towards the bottom of the page.

My country, Netherlands, is not on the list. So Fitbit and (Dutch) stores advertise with this feature and you can't use it.
I also just found out I can't use the pay feature, only a small selection of banks are supported.
Dissapointing product.
