Which workout mode should be used if I do 10 minutes cardio before lifting weights and sometimes after weights also some cardio? Should I use only one workout mode or I have to change them always?

I would just go with "Workout" for the whole time, but it's really up to you if you are concerned about having a record of what activities you did.
