White ring on screen

After my battery hit 0 I no longer can use my Versa.  It started Friday morning, when it died and I was going to work I simply left it behind on my charging stand.  When I returned to it there was nothing but a black screen so I tried holding buttons to test restarting.

Now it only shows a half-white screen with the white-circle frozen in place.  I only can trigger this from a dead battery, if I give it any charge it will stay frozen.  If I hold buttons it'll go black but not recover.  I don't know if it connects to my phone.

The device was perfectly fine while it had a charge, and took a charge.

Yes I do need assistance because the issue has not been addressed.  Support claims only a 12 month warranty but this product has only been on the market for 16 months and I am seeing numerous issues reported on these community forums with display issues.  I have not been given any means to troubleshoot or service the product.

Furthermore the only offer provided is a 25% discount on an inferior product.  I purchased an NFC enabled Versa and that option is not available as a replacement.

Having spent over $240 I am frankly insulted that the answer is 'throw it away'.

OMG!  they did the same thing to me. I bought the versa and it lasted 6 months.  It them died.  They replaced it 4 times as it continued to doe every month.  The last time they replaced it, it died at the 31st day.  They would not replace it but offered me 25% off a new.  Why would I but a new one when the ones they sent me did not make it a month?  I would have never spent 200 bucks for a throw away watch!  I assumed 3 years would be reasonable to keep the watch.  But 6 months?  then monthly???    Bad business in my opinion.  I finally broke down and bought a QVC special about 4 months ago.  Guess what broke today????  Time to buy the Apple watch!
