White screen Versa

Recently my home screen has been glitching and going all white and blank. It randomly comes back on. I have tried restarting the device, syncing it with the app, charging it, pressing the left button. Nothing seems to work. Please help.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with your Versa's screen going all white and blank. Thank you for your troubleshooting efforts. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
  2. Please confirm the steps you took to restart your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
