Why doesn’t my Versa sync properly anymore

My Versa used to sync seamlessly, but since the last update, I have to turn my watch off and on (settings/about/shutdown) everytime I want to sync with the app. It’s soooo frustrating. Is anyone else having the same problem. How do I fix?

Mine too. It started this morning. I have tried everything to reset but won’t connect. It’s stuck on the fit diamond

Hello Cynthia, I'm having the same issue with not syncing. Did you get any suggestions on how to fix it? I appreciate any help you may have. Terri

Of the problem is with the Versa or Versa lite then we want to restart the tracker.

However a sync issue is usually with the phone and a restart of the phone could possibly be enough. If a restart fails then we will need to know which device is being used to sync through.

 

It is always helpful for a user to start their own thread then to piggyback onto another thread. Each user may have their own type of phone with their unique problem and solution.

Yes, I did start this tread so thank you for replying.  My issue is with the Versa, and I have the app on my IPad.  I’ve updated to the recent version and I’ve restarted my IPad multiple times.  I’ve never had an issue (I’ve owned two Versa’s so far) before, and this has just started to happen.  It appears to be everytime I moved from one WIFI location to another.
