Try unpairing the Versa and then pairing it again. Go to settings on your phone, then connections, then Bluetooth and then unpair Versa and then pair it again. This worked for me the other day. I have an Android phone. Good luck

Hi @Leegriffiths5 What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
Try the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing issues.

I have a similar problem on my iPad Pro with iOS 12.2. I have gone through all the suggestions here and switched off my iMac and bluetooth mouse and keyboard as well. I switched off the ZAGG bluetooth keyboard on my iPad. That leaves the iPad and the Versa. I have powered off the iPad at least twice and I reset the Versa more than once by pressing the two buttons. Syncing doesn't work the way it used to.
When syncing had no problem I would launch the Fitbit app and there would be two arrows circulating followed by a progress line in the dashboard. When the progress line finished, my heart beat was displayed and exercise would be updated and each parameter would be updated.
Now, active minutes, miles and cals might be updated but no progress bar and no sleep stats and no exercise stats. Heart beat is zero. When I check bluetooth settings on my iPad, bluetooth is on but iPad cannot find my Versa. This happens when Versa is fully charged or half-charged. I never let the Versa go too low before charging because it doesn't take long.
I can connect my ZAGG keyboard and my Apple pencil via bluetooth right away. Still scratching my head.
Here's another interesting anomaly. I can sync to my unsupported android phone (Motorola Z2 Play) so at least my stats get uploaded even if the iPad can't keep up.
Amazingly, as I finished writing this up, my iPad said "Versa would like to sync up" I replied yes and now I show connected and a sync just completed. Given the history I expect this will be temporary. I'll let you know.
