I just received my replacement Versa 2. I was trying to install the SpO2 Face app in my new watch from the website, and it appears that the SpO2 Face app is only available for the Sense and Versa 3 smartwatches. If this is accurate, it's terribly disturbing. Please advise.

@ladybmj Your replacement is likely on an older firmware version. You should get an update alert within a couple days, and then be able to download the SP02 Clockface after updating.

I’m having same issue. I thought it was my watch.

Have you tried installing it via the Fitbit App, Profile photo, Device photo, Clocks tile - it should find only the faces that are valid for your watch. It must surely be there.

Hi Guy, Thanks for your note. I have the app et al. This is a replacement watch. However, I did uninstall and re-installed the app. Still didn't work. I appreciate your time and assistance! B.

Hi Marcy,
The good news is that I learned it's not the watched. When I called support, they told me that my install is at 59%. He said that once it reaches 100%, I should be good to go. He also said that I would have to update the firmware when it becomes available.
I asked how to expedite the install process, and the support agent said that if I sync my data frequently may do it. . . I think I'll be patient! 🙂

Hi Mark! Thanks for your note. I spoke to a support agent, and he said the same! I didn't realize that the install was still happening in the background. When I spoke to the agent a few hours ago, he said that it was 59% 'installed'. I'll be on the lookout for the firmware update! Thanks again for your time and assistance! B.
