Why won't they help??

The latest Versa 2 update has "killed" my watch!! The only thing my watch displays is the Fitbit logo now.  I have done everything listed. I called Fitbit and went through the whole thing. They admitted their update "screwed my watch up" and said they were sorry but it would take them a few days to figure out what went wrong.  Meanwhile just sit home and wait.  Today, I went to the app and the update information was no longer available and my ability to sync my device was gone as well!  They ruined my Versa2!  I want them to correct this how can I get them to help me????

Don't ask them to fix it anymore. Demand a replacement, irrespective of them saying it's out of warrenty!! As I have noted previously, I had two versa two. One wouldn't sinque no matter what they told me to do. I waited for nearly two months did everything they requested but nothing worked This company is a total mess there products are total unreliable and they continue to sell this crap and expect the consumer to fix there poor quality products. Just look at the blog everyone you read has issues and all you get out of their tech support is we are sorry your having issues. After many,  many calls they finaly sent me replacement. I had the same problem with that. Just threw it in the draw. This is the most frustrating product when it goes wrong and the support is dismal.

Save your self further heartache and move on from this product. They sell you a unreliable product then you have to spend time trying to fix there errors when it doesn't work. Sorry for your troubles, but there are reliable company's out there that truly stand behind there product and will support you.

Good look.

After all of the issues I've had with my Versa, I am switching to Garmin.
