Hold the button for up to 10 seconds until it vibrates or the logo appears.

If it vibrates and no logo appears the screen may be faulty.

To check, wait a minute then go to the Fitbit App and do a sync.

If it syncs and the screen is still displaying nothing the screen is broken.

If it doesn't sync then it may not be turning on, or the button may be stuck [check it clicks]

If you have an Android phone it would be wise to check your App version

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Help & Support

App Version at the top

If its not 3.37.1 go to the Play Store, find Fitbit and update it

Then restart the phone and repeat the process from the top.

It should give you a better idea of the issue.

Probably its not charged, if it doesn't vibrate when you hold the button for upto 10 seconds then its either faulty or flat.

If its not currently syncing [it can't if its flat or off], the battery level you see in the app is what it was some time ago.

Check in the App when it last synced

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Sync -

See when it last synced

You should have a red exclamation marks

Can you check the button works?

Can you check that its actually charging?

Try holding the button again for upto 10 seconds

If none of that does anything probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Is it actually charging? How do you know it is?

Does the button actually click when you press it?

If it is charging and the button works and holding it for 10 seconds gives no response whatsoever, best to contact support, you can tell them all the good troubleshooting you have done.
