So, how ironic is this. I buy the Versa 3 to replace the Charge 5 because of the battery draining issues.
I set up the Versa 3. Then I try to connect it to my home network. It connects for about 2 minutes and then disconnects. After several attempts I call isp. After 2 phone calls, they advise looks like a fitbit problem. So I contact fitbit. First call gets dropped. On 2nd call, rep after putting me on hold several times finally tells me this is a known problem but not to worry - they are working on a fix and the only time I need wifi anyway is when there is an update. Cue my hysterical laughter. 5 phone calls and 4 hours of my life to learn I traded one problem for another. No more fitbits for me.

HI @cputnam14 - your Versa 3 does not use wifi normally, so there is no need to make it, except during the initial setup and even then it is not necessary.
So it's not actually a problem at all, unless something else is not working?
Normally all communications between the watch and phone is done over Bluetooth.
